Synopsis
A woman abused by her husband has the option of leaving him immediately upon entering a doctor’s office where a female psychologist and a male physician offer her help. In the midst of indecision and fear, she must also deal with the tension generated by the doctor’s condescension towards the two women.
Director’s Biography
Filmmaker from the National University of Colombia with master degrees in Creativity and TV Screenwriting at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid and in Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary at the Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona. As scriptwriter and director he was nominated for several awards for his documentary En Escena (2006). As an editor he has worked for channels such as Natgeo, Señal Colombia, Caracol and RCN. As a researcher he has published several articles and book chapters. He has also directed the documentary The short film about Max (2017), the fiction short film Mañana (2017) and the documentary feature Descendencia in the postproduction stage.
