Valentine Gallardo, a Mexican matador is torn between the love of his life and his love for bullfighting after having a near-death injury in his last fight. Valentin has to come to terms with what is truly important to him, family or fame.

Director Biography – Pedro Perez Nuñez

Pedro Perez Nuñez is a writer/ director, producer and overall filmmaker. Growing up in Sonora, Mexico, Pedro never dreamed of making it to the U.S. To Pedro, every compelling film is subject to its storyline. Pedro has directed sets ranging from documentaries, music videos to personal profiles to short films. Currently, Pedro, just finished his latest short film “Toro De Oro” he wrote and directed. Toro de Oro won best picture, best score and best supporting actress at the Indie film fest where it premiered. He is in the process of making his first feature film. Pedro works as a freelancer in commercial and film production in Phoenix, Az. He has worked in many positions in film, commercial productions from beginning as a production assistant, art department, assistant director, grip/ electric, camera department to directing his own projects. His interests are stories that show the Latino experiences in American. He speaks, reads, and writes Spanish and English fluently. Pedro believes stories can change people’s perspectives
on the world.
