Synopsis
Based on actual events in my life, this show is about a Mexican-American guy struggling to be a professional dancer in Los Angeles. The protagonist forms a career in doing odd side jobs as a “Dog Walking-Barmitzvah Dancing-Fill in the Blank-Uber Driver.” Each episode involves another gig, but moving further away from his one big dream. Lying to his traditional Mexican parents about his employment only fuels his obsessive drive to book a music video or tour with a major recording artist. It also doesn’t help when his best friends only offer bad career advice, and the girl he loves keeps him at a distance.
