In the middle of Atacama desert, Antay (12) sees his town disappearing due to droughts and neglect.Alongside his friends Inti (12) and Ayelén (11) and the football team they have formed, they will try to hang on to the last sunrays, their childhood fragments and the ties with those who still resist.

Director Biography – Katherina Harder Sacre

Katherina Harder Sacre (33), Film and TV director, graduated from the University of Chile and Master degree in Film Directing at Bande á Part school in Barcelona.

Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the Iquique International Film Festival – FICIQQ, which has 12 years of existence.

Director of the award-winning short film “Guiding Sights” ( original title “Memorias del viento”) winner as Best Short Film at FICValdivia 2011 and selected in more than 35 international festivals including FICGuadalajara, DocumentaMadrid, Huesca, FIC Monterrey, Camerimage, among others.

At just 24 years old, she directed the successful television serie “4to Medio” on TVN channel, produced by PAROX, which ran for two seasons.

Attended the workshops of script and the Sanford Meisner technique of actors direction in EICTV, Cuba. In 2013 she participated in the talent campus of the BAFICI.

She is currently developing projects in Chile and Spain, where she founded and actually directs the Barcelona International Film Festival of the Older Adults. In Chile, she is developing the script for her feature film, “Children of the wind”, winner of the chilean development fund and awarded at SANFIC15 in the Santiago Lab section with the FICGuadalajara Ibero-American Co-Production Meeting award. At the same time, she has just co-founded the producer company Volcánica Films whose objective is to strengthen the cinema production in the northern area of Chile.
