Synopsis
Coyote aims to humanize the concept of immigration, it is also a story about family, love, and acceptance. Dani, an independent young woman, is left with the diner her uncle and father owned after receiving news of her uncle’s passing. When Dani decides to go visit her father Raul, a Coyote (an immigrant importer) in prison, she must decide whether or not to forgive him.
Marbet Marin was born in Costa Rica and raised in San Diego. She now resides in Los Angeles where she is pursuing her
passions of acting. She just recently graduated with a BA in television production. She is proud to have been able to write and direct a film close to her heart with such a hardworking and creative team and looks forward to future projects with The Coyote crew.
